Muse @ Parken, Copenhagen
Parken is not just special for me because I saw my very first stadium concert there but it is also special for tens of millions of the Turkish people… Galatasaray won the UEFA Cup there in May 2000. After almost a year from that day, Muse’s stage was set on the same side of the pitch. Before the concert I was trying to reanimate the footballers on the pitch, where I was standing at. Not so long after that I realized how full the stadium was. If I am not mistaken there were about 20.000 people there waiting for Muse.
I won’t say a lot about the stage or about their performance. That was just amazing and they were not the muse we saw like 7-8 ago in Istanbul, they weren’t trashy and drunk rockstars anymore. They were a part of the huge show, doing their job, gettin paid for it and moving on. And the show was magical. Here, there’s the setlist.
About the setlists: I found this website, which is very interesting and helpful if you are interested in such things. http://www.setlist.fm/
